We were commissioned to carry out three phases of strip out and demolition works.
Careful consideration had to be given to the method of demolition as the structures being removed were above The Sealife Centre and a 24 hour gym both of which remained operational during the demolition process. The location of the structures meant that heavy demolition techniques could not be employed so much of the works were carried out using specialist lightweight robotic equipment with the segregated waste being removed by crane.
