Over the last 20 years the company has expanded into the marine and port facilities demolition and re-purposing arena.

Marine demolition can be incredibly specialist and hazardous with unique challenges that require specific and bespoke solutions.

We have found that conventional methods of demolition may not always translate to the marine environment, alongside this an appreciation that when undertaking marine projects it is crucial to ensure that project and environmental procedures are developed to ensure the highest standards of health and safety for our workforce and to also mitigate the possibility of contamination.

Best Demolition have broad and skilled experience working in the demanding marine environment producing bespoke time-critical and cost effective solutions.

We have experience of areas such as Pier stabilisation and refurbishment, working within port facilities across demolition, re-purposing, off-shore demolition requiring the use of ocean going lifting and jack up barges.

Some of these projects are in logistically challenging locations such as extreme tidal zones and hard to access coastal areas requiring specialist engineered solutions and bespoke risk management.
