Façade Retention

Façade Retention

Façade retention on structures are increasingly common, both to keep the look and feel of a building, particularly on historical buildings, and in many cases necessary to commence construction or reparation works.

To retain the façade, we support the existing structure or party walls so that renovations can be carried out, including any new internal floor structures or layouts that need to be constructed to meet the needs of the client.

At Best demolition we’re skilled and experienced both at the demolition and dismantling that is necessary for the repurposing of a building, while also ensuring the façade retention that is required by law.

We also pride ourselves on our reliability and will ensure that works are always completed to agreed timescales.

We are familiar working in conjunction with architects, archaeologists and developers on façade schemes with historical relevance and consider this when producing our risk assessments and method statements.
